"We do our best to keep our charts reliable and up to date, but we cannot take responsibility for unintentional errors or misuse by boaters.
This chart shows only the general location of aids to navigation. There can be no guarantee that lights and buoys always will be in their proper position, as many conditions affect the precise location. Nor is there any guarantee that all buoys, lights, stakes or other navigational aids are depicted, or that all shoals, rocks and other hazards to navigation have been shown on this chart. Seasonal, climatic, weather, state-controlled flooding or drainage and many other conditions affect the water level in the lake and related depths depicted on the chart. Thus, CAUTION IS ADVISABLE AT ALL TIMES.
The bathymetric (depth) contours on this chart were supplied by the New Hampshire Department of Fish and Game. They represent the latest official information available as of the date of printing. The bathymetric contours depict GENERAL lake depths below the surface. Boaters should not infer that the depth along any contour is depicted precisely, nor should boaters rely solely upon the contours for navigation in a powerboat, sailboat, or any vessel with a draft deeper than two feet. Where a depth contour intersects a shoal or rock on the Chart, the shoal or rock should be assumed to be three feet or less below the surface, regardless of the depth depicted on the contour.
